Lowest salt content soy sauce you can get (Never use regular soy sauce, it has way too much sodium)

Instructions: |
Slice liver into thin strips.
Place in bowl in layers, covering each layer with soy sauce and a few garlic slices.
Leave overnight, in the morning the soy sauce will have been absorbed. Discard garlic slices.
Place strips on parchment paper on cookie pans and bake on low in oven until dry and leather like.
Put in baggie in fridge. |

Suggestions: |
| One strip is a huge treat and reward for saving you from a charging rhino or grizzly. Tiny little bits of a strip make wonderful training treats. I would not allow more than one strip a day due to sodium content. |

I have given these to dogs who turned up their noses at any other treats.
